Canada Tourist Visa
Requirements For Non US Citizens To Obtain A Tourist Visa To Canada
1- Submit your valid passport and a notarized copy of your passport.
Your passport must be valid for six month beyond your return date and must contain at least two blank visa pages.
2- Original and color copy of expired passports (if available)
3- Two Passport Photos
Please note: acceptable passport photos are:
• Photographs must be 2 x 2 inches in size, taken within the past 6 months.
• Neutral expression
• No glasses
• The photographs must be in color
• They must be full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background.
• Photographs should be taken without a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hairline.
• Dark glasses or nonprescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons.
• Home made Digital photographs are not acceptable.
4- Clear Copy of Valid Form of Government Issued ID (Copy of front and back of Driver License or State ID, preferably in color)
5- Proof of Legal Status in U.S.
If you are not a US citizen, please provide a clear color copy of your legal status (green card, visa and I94 or endorsed I20 for F1 visa holders or endorsed DS2019 for J 1 visa holders. The "travel
endorsement" signature is valid for one year and must not expire before the date of return to the
USA).
6- Travel History: (Copy of previous visa(s) and entry / exit stamp(s), details of previous biometric appointment.
7- If you your name has changed, please provide the Name Change Document.
8- Copy of flight and hotel reservation.
9- If employed, and employment verification letter and 3 months of paystubbs is required.
10- If self employed, copy of business license / registration and most recent tax return.
11- 3 Months of your most recent bank statements
12 - Copy of Health / Medical Insurance
13- Copy of Driver License
14- IF MARRIED: Copy of Marriage Certificate and copy of spouse's passport. Copy of spouse's Birth Certificate (IF APPLICABLE).
15- (IF APPLICABLE): Copy of children’s Birth Certificate(s), passport(s), school records / ID.

Requirements to obtain a Student Visa for Canada
• Submit your valid, Signed Passport
• 1 Fully Completed and signed "Application for a Study Permit (Form IMM1294B)
• 2 Recent passport photographs (Applicant must write full name and date of birth on the back of one photograph)

• Proof of funds available to support ($25,000 Per Academic Year) or confirmation of Loan Approval
• Proof of status in USA. (Original I-94; Student form I-20; or Orginal Green Card, etc.)
• An Original and Unconditional Letter of Acceptance From a Recognized Academic Institution, Stating the exact Course of Study, the starting and ending date of Course of Study, and the last date for course registration
• Photocopy of most recent educational and and academic transcript
• Proof of English or French Language proficiency
• A Notorized Declaration signed Parents and a Canadian Guardian authorization Custodial Arrangements for applicants under age 18.
• Students interested in studying in the province of Quebec require a "Certificat Du Acceptation Du Quebec"

- purpose of the visit
- The nature of the duties to be performed
- The name and address of the corporate host in Canada
- Guarantee of the applicants full financial expenses while in Canada and return transportation.
