Central African Republic Business Visa
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and contain one blank visa page

• Copy of round trip airline tickets and hotel reservation
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Central African Rep., Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• An invitation Letter from host company in Central African Republic is required
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (order form)

Consular Fees
$150.00 Per Visa - Short Stay of up to 30 day stay, Single entry.
$175.00 Per Visa - Short Stay of up to 45 days. Single entry.
$300.00 Per Visa - Stay of 3 to 6 months. Multiple Entry.
There is an additional $50 Consular fee for rush visa processing.
Consular fees should be paid by Money Order or Cashiers Checks only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)

Rush Processing - 3 to 4 Business Days - $450.00
