• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary

• For personal visits, a notarized Letter of invitation from D.R. of Congo host or friend
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Democratic Republic of the Congo (Former Zaire) Business Visa
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: (2 Copies) Embassy of Democratic Republic of Congo, Visa Section Washington D.C.
The letter must explain the following:
- Nature of business to be performed in Democratic Republic of Congo
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• A Notarized Business invitation letter from host company in Democratic Republic of Congo
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

Note: Embassy of Democratic Republic of Congo decides the validity of the visa and processing times based on each application.
There is a $20.00 charge to obtain Money orders
