Iran Tourist Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport. U.S. Passport must be valid for six months beyond travel date and have at least one blank visa page
• 1 fully completed and signed visa application form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Visa Approval Notice (which includes the Visa Approval Number) from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran
• Round trip flight itinerary,
• Family Visas: Family visits only apply to spouse and children of Iranian women who's marriage is registered within the Iranian legal system. For these cases, the original birth certificate of the children or original marriage certificate, a copy of the mother's Iranian birth certificate and a copy of father's passport is required.
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Iran Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport. U.S. Passport must be valid for six months beyond travel date and have at least one blank visa page
• 1 fully completed and signed visa application form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Visa Approval Notice (which includes the Visa Approval Number) from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran
• Round trip flight itinerary,
• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to Interest Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Iran to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant
• An invitation letter from host company or organization in Iran.
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

The consular Fee is only payable by Money Order or Cashier check (which Ambassador Passport can obtain on your behalf)
