• Valid Passport, (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 2 Fully completed Visa Application Forms
• 4 Passport photograph
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of most recent bank statement
• Copy of hotel reservation. If staying with a Mauritanian, an invitation letter is required.
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Mauritania Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Valid Passport, (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 2 Fully completed Visa Application Forms
• 4 Passport photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Mauritania, Visa Section, Washington D.C. The letter must explain all of the following:
- The Purpose of Travel
- Business reference to be visited in Mauritania
- Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Mauritania
- Return transportation to the U.S.A. The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
• An invitation letter from host company in Mauritania is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.

Consular fees are payable by money order only, which Ambassador Passport and Visa Services can purchase on your behalf.
