Nepal Tourist Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• Copy of Airline tickets or itinerary
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
Nepal Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• Copy of Airline tickets or itinerary
• A Business Letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead addressed to: Embassy of Nepal, Washington D.C.
The letter must explain the following:
• Purpose of the travel and duties to be performed in Nepal
• Business reference to be visited in Nepal
• Guarantee of financial support for the applicant and return transportation to USA.
• This letter should be signed by an officer of the company, other than the applicant
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
Fees
Consular Fees
$30.00 Per Visa - Single entry, stay up to 15 days.
$50.00 Per Visa - Single entry, stay up to 30 days
$125.00 Per Visa - Multiple entry, stay up to 90 days
There will be an additional consular fee for rush processing
Please note: Consular fees should be paid by money orders only. (which Ambassador Passport can purchase on your behalf).
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
$ 200.00 Express Processing - 10 to 12 Business Days
$ 250.00 Rush Processing - 6 to 7 Business Days.
$ 280.00 Ultra Rush Processing - 1 to 2 Business Days
Note: There is a 5% charge for all government and consular fees paid by credit or debit cards.
There is an additional charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders.
