Australia ETA Visa (for U.S. Citizens those nationalities that qualify)
For U.S. Citizens, Travel Authority or Visa (ETA) is required.| U.S. Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay. Ticket and documents for return or onward travel is required.
This visa lets you visit Australia:
* For tourism purposes or for business visitor purposes:
• As many times as you want, for up to a year, and stay up to three months for each visit
You must not work in Australia on this visa.
An Australian ETA visa may be issued to citizens of the following nationalities only:
Group 1 ETA Visa - United States, Canada, Brunei - Darussalam, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore
Group 2 e-Visitor Visa - Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
At this time, for ETA visas, we can only assist clients that can visit our office in person.
• A clear, color copy of the information page of passport
• A passport sized photo (to be taken in our office)
• Completed Australia Visa Questionnaire
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

Total fee: $250.00 (this fee includes government fees and service fees)
Australia Tourist Visa
Requirements For U.S. Citizens Who Do Not Qualify For An ETA Visa, and Non-U.S. Citizens
• Submit valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• Fully Completed and Signed visa application form Click here for the tourist visa application form
• Completed Form 1190 (Additional Character Declaration)
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Proof of financial support while in Australia
• Letter from employer confirming leave of absence and vacation dates
• Letter from applicant explaining plans for the stay in Australia
• Proof of health insurance or travel health insurance
• For Non-U.S. Citizens, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Services Cover Letter (order form)
Australia Business Visa
Requirements For U.S. Citizens Who Do Not Qualify For An ETA Visa, and Non-U.S. Citizens
• Submit valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity

• Completed Form 1190 (Additional Character Declaration)
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Proof of financial support while in Australia
• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy Of Australia. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Australia to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant
• An invitation letter from the host company in Australia
• Proof of health insurance or travel health insurance
• For Non-U.S. Citizens, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Services Cover Letter (order form)
