Visas are not required of citizens of the USA for tourist stay of not more than six months. U.S. Passport must be valid for six months beyond travel date.
Barbados Tourist Visa
• No visa required for USA citizens for a stay of up to six months. U.S. Passport must be valid for six months beyond travel date
For Non-USA Citizens:
• Visa Required.
• Submit your Passport, must have 6 months remaining validity beyond travel date.
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of airline tickets or airline itinerary, and hotel reservation is required
• A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Barbados Business Visa
• Visa required
• Submit valid passport; must have 6 months validity remaining and two blank visa pages
• 2 Fully completed Application Form
• 2 recent passport photographs
• Letter of Invitation from host company in Barbados
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead. The letter must explain all of the following:
-The purpose of travel and nature of duties to be performed;
-Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation.
-The letter should be signed by a company employee or officer, other than the applicant.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

Consular fees are payable by money order only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
Regular Processing - 14 to 16 Business Days - $160.00
Rush Processing - 10 to 12 Business Days - $200.00
There will be an additional $20 to obtain money orders
Note: There is a 5% charge for all government and consular fees paid by credit or debit cards.
