Lebanon Tourist Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining and one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• The passport and travel documents must not contain evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel
• Travel health insurance that covers treatment for COVID-19 for the duration of stay
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation. For private visits, an invitation letter from person being visited, including duration of stay, full name and telephone number
• Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card
• Spouse of applicants of Lebanese origin must submit a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the spouse's Lebanese ID
• Child under age 18 must submit a notarized letter of consent from both parents
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Lebanon Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Photocopy of passport
• The passport and travel documents must not contain evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel
• Travel health insurance that covers treatment for COVID-19 for the duration of stay
• Applicants of Lebanese origin must present copy of Lebanese ID card
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Consulate General Lebanon, Visa Section, The letter must explain all of the following:
- The nature of business to be performed
- Business reference to be visited in Lebanon.
- Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Lebanon
- Return transportation to the U.S.A and a letter or fax from the business contact in Lebanon stating the purpose of the trip
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

Rush Processing - 4 to 5 Business Days - $200.00
Ultra Rush Processing - 2 to 3 Business Days - $230.00
There is a charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders
