• Submit your Valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and a blank visa page

• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• For Non-US Citizens: A copy of Green Card (Alien Registration Card) or proof of Legal Status must also be submitted.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.
• Copy of hotel confirmation or Copy of invitation letter from host, and a copy of inviter's passport or Nigerian ID card is required.
• Copy of recent bank statement in your name that indicates sufficient funds for travel
• For Minors 18 years and under: A copy of the minor's birth certificate and a notarized letter of consent (for issuance of visa) signed by both parents, along with a copy of both parents passports or valid state ID's is required.

The signatures on the letter of consent should match the signatures on the parents respective passports or ID's, and the names of the parents should be the same as the names on the minor's birth certificate. In the event that one parent has sole custody of the minor, a copy of the court order is required.

• Letter of invitation from host company to be visited in Nigeria accepting full financial and immigration responsibility as well as stating purpose of visit, plus copy of host company's business license.
• A business letter from your firm on company’s letterhead, addressed to Consulate General of Nigeria. The letter should state all of the following:
Name and title of applicant Purpose of trip and contact in Nigeria The nature of business performed in Nigeria Assuming full responsibility for the applicant while in Nigeria and return transportation. The letter should be signed by a company executive other than the applicant.
• An invitation letter from host company in Nigeria is required.
• Letter of Incorporation of host company in Nigeria is required.
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• For Non-US Citizens: A copy of Green Card (Alien Registration Card or proof of Legal Status must also be submitted

US Citizens
There will be a total fee of $ 989.00 for a five year multiple entry visa. This includes the consular fees and the Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees.
