What documents do I need for a passport renewal in Santa Monica?
For most renewals using Form DS-82, you will need your U.S. passport and two passport photos, taken in the last six months. For Walk-ins, we provide passport photo services on-site at our office location. Proof of travel is not required, however, if you have purchased your flight itinerary or have other proof of travel, such as a hotel reservation or a business letter from your business or organization, please bring it with you. If your passport was issued more than 15 years ago or before you were 16 years old, you will be required to appear in front of an Acceptance Agent.
