• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (order form)
• Copy of airline reservation (if available)
• Copy of hotel reservation (if available)
• For minors under the age of 18, a clear copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
• For Non - US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted

Tourist Visa- single entry 30 days validity
Regular Processing - Total fee: $280 (this fee includes the consular fee and Ambassador Passport and Visa processing fees ) - 3 to 4 Business Days
Rush Processing - Total fee: $320 (this fee includes the consular fee and Ambassador Passport and Visa processing fees ) - 2 to 3 Business Days
Tourist Visa- single entry 90 days validity
Regular Processing - Total fee: $350 (this fee includes the consular fee and Ambassador Passport and Visa processing fees ) - 3 to 4 Business Days
Rush Processing - Total fee: $380 (this fee includes the consular fee and Ambassador Passport and Visa processing fees ) - 2 to 3 Business Days
