Requirements For Non US Citizens To Obtain A Schengen Business Visa To Croatia

Short Stay Visa (90 Days or Less)
Purpose: Tourism or Private Visit

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1- Submit Your Current Passport
Your passport must be valid for six month beyond your return date and must contain at least two blank visa pages.

2- Previous Expired Passports Should Be Submitted (if applicable). 

3- Completed Schengen Visa Application.

4- Two Passport Photos
Please note: acceptable passport photos are:
• Photographs must be 2 x 2 inches in size, taken within the past 6 months.
• The image size from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head should be between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches.
• No glasses
• The photographs must be in color
• They must be full face, front view with a plain white or off-white background.
• Photographs should be taken without a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hairline.
• Dark glasses or nonprescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons.
• Home made Digital photographs are not acceptable.

5- Clear Color Copy of Driver's License or State of Valid Form of Government Issued ID.

6- Proof of Legal Status in U.S.
Please provide a copy your legal status (such as green card, visa and I94
or endorsed I20 for F1 visa holders or endorsed DS2019 for J 1 visa holders. The "travel
endorsement" signature is valid for one year and must not expire before the date of return to the
USA).
If you have an official travel document, a note verbale is required.

7- If you had a prior Schengen visa, please provide details of previous biometric appointment for Schengen Visa.

8- If you your name has changed, please provide copy of the Name Change Document.

9- Daily Planned Activity: 
Document describing the planned program or activity (letter of presentation, reservation confirmation of an organized trip).

10- Flight Reservation
Pre-booked round-trip ticket.  If you have purchased a tour, please also provide the tour reservation.

11- Proof of Accomodation:
"Attestation d'accueil"(in case of accommodation by a private individual) or hotel reservation or certificate of ownership of real estate or lease agreement.

12- Employment Verification Letter.  If self employed please provide a copy of your Business License.  If retired, pension certificate. If student, certificate of enrollment is required

13- Proof of Funds. Copies of bank statements for the last Six Months (with the name and address of the account holder(s), printed copies from online accounts are accepted).

In Addition:
-If employed, copies of pay stubs from the last Six months.
-If self employed, Last year's income tax return or proof of prior economic activity and
income during previous fiscal year.
-If retired. Proof of pension.

- If Sponsored: Letter of Support with details of what support is being provided and how. Evidence of the Relationship (if any) between applicant and Sponsor. Copies of Sponsor's bank statements for the last Six months.

14- Travel Health Insurance: (We can assist you in obtaining the correct Travel Health Insurance) 
Proper travel health insurance certificate issued by an insurance company (covering any possible costs for medical repatriation, costs related to medical and emergency hospital treatment, for a
minimum amount of €30,000, valid for the entire Schengen area or depending on your main destination. 
Important: A copy of your American health insurance card is not an acceptable proof of adequate coverage).

15- If Married, a Copy of Husband or Wife's Passport and Copy of Marriage Certificate are required (If your spouse is a non-U.S. Citizen, a copy of husband or wife's U.S. Immigration Status is required).
-A copy of child or children's passport is also required (if applicable)

16- Business Letter from U.S. Employer, on the company or organization letterhead with the following information;

-Purpose of entry
-Nature of the business
-Name of Address of the Company to be visited
-Duration of the visit
-Employer guaranteeing the financial expenses of the applicant and return transportation to the U.S.
-Identity and contact details of the inviter or relevant contact person from the host institution

17- Copy of Passport and ID of the Person signing the letter on behalf of U.S. Employer

18- Copy of Business License or Registration of U.S. Employer.

19- Letter of Invitation from Host Company

20- Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (order form):
