• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Burkina Faso Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• A business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Burkino Faso, Visa Section Washington D.C.
The letter must explain the following:
- Nature of business to be performed in Burkini Faso
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
- The letter should be signed by an employee of the company other than the applicant
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

$175 for 6 months, multiple entries - Regular Processing - 10 to 12 Business Days
$190 for one year, one entry - Regular Processing - 10 to 12 Business Days

Fore Rush and Ultra Rush Processing, there will be an additional consular fee of $50 per visa, please contact an Ambassador Passport and Visa Services consultant at 310-828-7878.
