Central African Republic Tourist Visa
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of round trip airline tickets and hotel reservation
• An invitation Letter from host in Central African Republic is required
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Cover Letter
Central African Republic Business Visa
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and contain one blank visa page
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of round trip airline tickets and hotel reservation
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Central African Rep., Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• An invitation Letter from host company in Central African Republic is required
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.

$200.00 Per Visa - Six Month to One Year Stay or Multiple Entry
Consular fees should be paid by Money Order or Cashiers Checks only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)

Regular Processing - 8 to 10 Business Days - $200.00
Rush Processing - 5 to 7 Business Days - $250.00
