• Visa Required
• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond intended stay, with two blank visa pages.
• 2 Completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation, for personal visits a letter of invitation from host in Chad
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
• For Non-U.S. Citizen Applicants, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Cover Letter
Chad Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity beyond intended stay, with 2 blank visa pages.
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Chad, Visa Section, Washington D.C. The letter must explain all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds
- Exact duration of stay in Chad
- Letter should be signed by a company officer other than applicant
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation.
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
• For Non-U.S. Citizen Applicants, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or valid U.S. Visa is also required.

Consular Fees
Regular Processing (Single Entry - Valid One Month) - 8 to 14 Business Days - $150.00
Regular Processing (Multiple Entry - Valid Three Months) - 8 to 14 Business Days - $200.00
Regular Processing (Multiple Entry - Valid Six Months) - 8 to 14 Business Days - $250.00
For Rush Processing (4 to 7 Business Days) and additional $50 is added to the consular fees.
For Ultra Rush Processing (1 to 3 Business Days) and additional $50 is added to the consular fees.
The consular fees are only payable by cashier check or money order (which Ambassador Passport can purchase on your behalf).

Rush Processing - 4 to 7 Business Days - $220.00
Ultra Rush Processing - 1 to 3 Business Days - $250.00
There is a charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders
