• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation
• Copy of valid state ID or Driver's license
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Djibouti Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form
• 2 Passport photographs
• A business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Djibouti, Visa Section Washington D.C.
The letter must explain the following:
- Nature of business to be performed in Djibouti
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
- The letter should be signed by an employee of the company other than the applicant
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation
• Copy of valid state ID or Driver's license
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.

There is a charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders
