Iraq Tourist Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and at least one blank visa page (front and back)
• 2 passport photographs of the applicant
• 1 Fully completed and signed visa application form
• Copy of round trip flight itinerary
• Visa Approval Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iraq.
• A personal letter from the applicant, stating the purpose of travel including duration of stay.
• For non-US citizens, copy of Green Card or evidence of valid US visa is required.
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter is required
Iraq Business Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your valid, signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity and at least one blank visa page (front and back)
• 2 passport photographs of the applicant
• 1 Fully completed and signed visa application form
• Copy of round trip flight itinerary
• Visa Approval Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iraq
• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Iraq. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Iraq to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant
• A personal letter from the applicant, stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay, meeting or exhibition organizers in Iraq.
• For non-US citizens, copy of Green Card or evidence of valid US visa is required.
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter is required

Rush Processing - 10 to 14 Business Days - $50.00
Multiple Entry - 3 to 6 Months Stay (Consulate Decides Approval)
Regular Processing - 15 to 20 Business Days - $100.00
Rush Processing - 10 to 14 Business Days - $100.00
Multiple Entry - 12 Months Stay - (Consulate Decides Approval)

Consular fees should be paid by Money Order or Cashier Check only (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)

There is a charge of $20 to obtain money orders
