Requirements for citizens of countries that require a visa to travel to Georgia
• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport. U.S. Passport must be valid for six months beyond travel date and have at least one blank visa page
• 1 fully completed and signed visa application form.
• 1 Passport photograph
• Round trip flight itinerary and hotel reservation
• A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Georgia. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Georgia to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant
• Round trip flight itinerary and hotel reservation
• A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter

Regular Processing - 11 to 15 Business Days - $35.00
Rush Processing - 5 to 10 Business Days - $35.00
Double Entry:
Regular Processing - 11 to 15 Business Days - $50.00
Rush Processing - 5 to 10 Business Days - $50.00
The consular Fee is only payable by Money Order or Cashier check (which Ambassador Passport can obtain on your behalf).
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
Regular Processing - 11 to 15 Business Days - $180.00
Rush Processing - 5 to 10 Business Days - $220.00
There is a $20.00 charge to obtain Money orders
Note: There is a 5% charge for all government and consular fees paid by credit or debit cards.
